  • Private Training

    Private training sessions are one-on-one training opportunities that are tailored to each individual. Private training is available for all ages, all abilities, pilates, ballet & pointe. Private training sessions are perfect for anyone looking for a deeper understanding & connection to their body, anyone coming back from an injury, or anyone looking to address specific needs.


    *Requests for Private Training requires, at minimum, 24-hour notice.

  • Pilates group classes

    Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture and helps reduce stress. Pilates takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moves in an efficient, holistic way in sport and daily activity.

    *Pilates for Dancers classes also available.


    *Group Classes: Tuesdays at 6:00pm & Thursdays at 9:30am at Delta Yoga Studio

  • Ballet • Pre-Pointe • Pointe

    Ballet is the foundation to all dance styles. Progress is made gradually requiring repetition of basics at barre and center with an introduction of new steps to develop flexibility, strength, correct body alignment, technique and musicality at all levels.

    Pre-Pointe is a class designed to further develop and strengthen the muscles necessary to go en pointe. The class will stress correct body alignment while strengthening the legs, feet and ankles.

    Pointe class requires years of ballet training, strong ankles and proper alignment. Students work en pointe at the barre to continue development and strength in order to progress to center work.
